Have you ever stopped to consider why, before God created anything else, He said “Let there be light?” God, in His infinite power and wisdom, did not need the light to see what He was doing, yet the moment He spoke light into existence, He saw that it was good.
Knowing who I am in Christ, knowing where my strength comes from, feeling confident in the work He has called me to is a work of the Holy Spirit in my life. It is from believing what He says in His Word is true and faithful.
We have all sinned. God loves us. Jesus died for our sins, was buried and rose again so we can have life, life more abundant.
